Presales Specialist (Focus on Mendix, AWS Cloud, & Custom Software Development)

We are seeking a solution oriented Presales Specialist with strong technical expertise in Mendix Development, AWS Cloud, and Custom Software Development. This role is crucial as a strategic bridge between complex client requirements and our technical team's implementation capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing needs, designing comprehensive technical solutions, and effectively supporting the project acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct in depth analysis of the business and technical requirements of prospective clients.

* Formulate and define comprehensive, structured, and innovative technical solutions.

* Prepare technical offering documents, proposals, and presentation materials.

* Present and articulate technical solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.

* Act as the primary liaison between the Sales team, Technical team, and the Client during the pre-project phase.

* Provide initial technical guidance and support until the project is officially transitioned to the implementation team.

* Help ensure the quality and suitability of the proposed solutions align optimally with the client's business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Presales, Technical Consultant, or similar role within the IT/Technology industry.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, in both English and Indonesian (optional, if required).

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and manage priorities under deadline pressure.

* Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.

* The candidate is expected to have a strong understanding or practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. Mendix Development: Understanding of the Mendix low-code/no-code platform and its capabilities for rapid application development.

2. AWS Cloud: Knowledge of fundamental AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud architecture concepts.

3. Custom Software Development: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and application architecture.
