Job Requirements
:

  • Ready to be placed at ASTON INN Tasikmalaya, West Java
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong background in Labor Law and Employment Regulations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills, a high level of commitment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and possessing a pleasant personality
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment
  • Identify training needs & develop programs and deliver training sessions on HR-related topics
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs
  • Producing HR reports for the hotel unit and the corporate level
