POSITION SUMMARY – Audio Visual Technician

Our jobs aren't just about setting up equipment or assisting events technically. Our Audio Visual Technicians are skilled across a wide range of technical event functions and are able to take initiative to ensure that every aspect of the AV support runs flawlessly from start to finish. Whether setting up sound systems and lighting, configuring projectors and presentations, conducting technical checks, coordinating with the banquet and kitchen teams, providing live event support, or disassembling and securing equipment after the event, the AV Technician ensures that the technical aspect becomes an integrated part of the guest experience.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, technical issues, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager; complete required safety and technical training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests and event organizers according to company standards, communicating with clear and professional

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
