Key Responsibilities:
· Assist campaign managers in day-to-day execution across multiple live brand campaigns (FMCG, health, parenting)
· Perform data validation & cleaning on user-submitted leads (Excel, Google Sheets)
· Update lead trackers and ensure campaign pacing and KPI tracking is up to date
· Prepare summary reports for internal review and client updates
· Check lead qualification status based on campaign rules (e.g. voucher eligibility, field completion)
· Tag and label leads by segment, region, or source channel
· Coordinate with internal teams to support campaign deliverables
· Help manage documentation and operational SOPs during and post-campaign
· Support ad-hoc admin tasks that come with running a multi-channel lead gen campaign
· University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or similar fields
· Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, you should be confident with formulas like VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, TEXT, etc.
· Comfortable working with large datasets and manual data entry/cleaning tasks
· Strong attention to detail, you'll be responsible for checking lead accuracy
· Fast learner, proactive communicator, and not afraid of messy spreadsheets
· Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, campaign funnels, or Meta Ads reporting
