  6. Provide regular reports and updates to HQ team

Requirements :

  1. Proven track record of successfully managing a branch or operations in the freight forwarding industry
  2. Having good relationship with shipping lines and agency in the area
  3. Thorough understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
  4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency
  6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
