Summary:

The Commis Chef is responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Culinary or Hospitality.
  2. Prior experience in similar capacity in a 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain will be advantage.
  3. Good knowledge of hygiene, preparation techniques and cooking procedures
