Posisi ini memastikan efisiensi penggunaan energi, keandalan sistem, penyelesaian komplain tenant, serta koordinasi lintas divisi guna mendukung operasional mall yang optimal.

Key Resposibilities

  • Mengontrol dan memonitor penggunaan energi listrik serta air untuk kebutuhan utilitas dan fasilitas umum (fasum).
  • Mengelola dan mengontrol budget engineering secara efektif dan efisien.
  • Bertanggung jawab atas penyelesaian komplain tenant yang berkaitan dengan aspek teknis dan engineering.
  • Memastikan pemeliharaan dan perawatan fisik gedung mall serta area parkir berjalan dengan baik.
  • Melakukan monitoring pekerjaan tim engineering sesuai dengan jadwal (schedule) yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Melaksanakan dan mengawasi kegiatan
    preventive, corrective, dan curative maintenance
    gedung dan peralatan.
  • Mengoperasikan serta melakukan analisa beban (load) pada Gas Engine, Diesel Engine, PLN, dan IPP.
  • Melakukan monitoring dan pencatatan data operasional Gas Engine, Diesel Engine, beban listrik mall, serta utilitas lainnya.
  • Menyusun laporan operasional tertulis, analisa teknis, monitoring stok opname, dan dokumentasi pendukung lainnya.
  • Melakukan troubleshooting terhadap permasalahan Gas Engine, Diesel Engine, PLN, dan IPP equipment.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan operasional maupun teknis lintas departemen.

Qualifications

  • Pendidikan minimal
    S1 Teknik Elektro atau Teknik Mesin
    .
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal
    4 tahun
    di bidang engineering gedung / building management / mall / properti komersial.
  • Memahami sistem kelistrikan, plumbing, utilitas gedung, serta operasional Gas Engine, Diesel Engine, PLN, dan IPP.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
  • Memiliki integritas tinggi, kepemimpinan yang kuat, dan kemampuan mengelola tim.
  • Mampu bekerja secara terstruktur, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap operasional harian.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan tim internal maupun divisi lain.

Preferred:

  • Pengalaman bekerja di lingkungan
    mall/retail
    , gedung komersial, atau properti berskala besar.
  • Pengalaman dalam pengelolaan energi dan efisiensi operasional gedung.
  • Terbiasa membuat laporan teknis dan analisa operasional secara berkala.
