Job Description:

  • Merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola sistem IT termasuk server, infrastructure system, dan penyimpanan data.
  • Melakukan pemeliharaan sistem, pemantauan kinerja, serta analisis dan penyelesaian masalah teknis.
  • Mengembangkan kebijakan keamanan IT serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan informasi.
  • Mengelola virtualisasi, cloud computing, serta integrasi sistem untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.
  • Mengembangkan dan mendukung strategi backup dan disaster recovery.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim pengembang software dan departemen lain untuk memastikan integrasi sistem yang baik.
  • Menyediakan dokumentasi teknis dan laporan terkait sistem IT yang dikelola.
  • Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna akhir serta melatih staf terkait penggunaan sistem IT.
  • Mengawasi dan mengelola vendor teknologi serta memastikan layanan mereka sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai IT System Engineer atau posisi serupa.
  • Pemahaman mendalam tentang sistem operasi (Windows/Linux) dan infrastruktur IT.
  • Pengalaman dalam mengelola sistem berbasis cloud seperti AWS [lebih diutamakan], Azure, atau Google Cloud.
  • Keahlian dalam teknologi virtualisasi (Nutanix [lebih diutamakan], VMware, Hyper-V) dan manajemen database (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Pemahaman tentang konsep DevOps dan otomasi IT menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja tim yang baik.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sertifikasi terkait seperti RHCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA, atau CompTIA Security+.
  • Pengalaman dalam menggunakan alat monitoring seperti Solarwind, PRTG, Cacti, Nagios, Zabbix, atau Prometheus.
  • Pemahaman tentang manajemen proyek IT dan metodologi Agile/Scrum menjadi nilai tambah
