The Head of Sales – Trade Division is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and leading high-performing sales teams in the furniture sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen to develop and execute regional sales strategies that expand market share and drive business success.
What You Will Do
Develop Regional Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Revenue Growth and Market Expansion.
Manage Sales Teams and Performance: Set targets, lead sales teams, and monitor performance to ensure goal achievement. Sales Team Performance and Productivity.
Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with technical teams to align products/services with customer needs and ensure service quality. Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality and Customer retention rate.
Market Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies. Market Competitiveness and Strategic Positioning. Market share increase and customer acquisition rate.
Business Expansion and Client Relationship Management: Develop business partnerships, manage key clients, and drive long-term market positioning. Business Development and Key Client Retention. Number of new business partnerships and client expansions.
What You Will Need
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred but not required.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the furniture industry. Minimum 3 years in a managerial role, leading teams in sales and distribution.
Proven expertise in sales strategy development, team leadership, and market expansion.
Hands-on experience in leading large-scale sales operations and distribution networks.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to optimize sales strategies.
