Responsibilities

System Management: Establish and maintain ISO 9001/IATF if automotive electronics are involved) quality management systems, coordinate internal and external audits, and revise SOPs such as inspection specifications and non-conforming product handling procedures.

Full-process Quality Control: Oversee quality of incoming materials (IQC), assembly processes (IPQC, covering SMT, welding, assembly, etc.), and finished products (FQC/reliability testing); handle non-conforming products and supplier quality issues.

Problem-solving and Improvement: Resolve customer complaints and process abnormalities using tools like 8D, 5Why, and FMEA; drive quality improvement projects (e.g., reducing defects, improving first-pass yield); monitor KPIs such as PPM and complaint rates.

Team Management: Responsible for recruitment, training, and assessment of the quality team; conduct company-wide quality awareness campaigns; organize quality meetings to synchronize progress.

Data and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data; prepare monthly/quarterly quality reports; liaise with customer quality departments; submit documents such as COC and PPAP.

III. Qualifications

Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or related fields. Priority given to holders of ISO internal auditor certificates or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications.

Experience: At least 5 years of quality experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with over 3 years in quality manager/supervisor roles in electronic assembly; preference for experience in 1,000+ employee factories.

Skills: Familiar with quality control points in electronic assembly processes (SMT, welding, etc.); proficient in AQL and IPC-A-610 standards; capable of using ERP/MES systems and Minitab/Excel for data analysis.

Soft Skills: Strong team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration abilities; good stress tolerance; clear communication skills; attention to detail.

Ability to work on the factory floor and handle urgent quality issues.

Fluent in English or Mandarin.
