About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer/Engineer (Mid-Level) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in designing scalable systems, delivering high-quality code, and working across modern backend, frontend, and DevOps technologies.

Besides local projects, you may also work on exciting Singapore-based projects, giving you exposure to high engineering standards, complex system design, and collaboration with international and regional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Go &/or Python)

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs (REST, gRPC).
  • Integrate backend systems with third-party services and IoT devices.
  • Handle complex reporting workflows, including large-scale PDF generation and data processing.
  • Work with modern Go and/or Python frameworks (experience with is a plus).
Frontend Development (React)
  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.
  • Work with UI libraries such as or similar.
  • Manage application state using tools like Zustand or Context API.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to implement smooth user experiences.
Database Management
  • Work extensively with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and data integrity across the system.
DevOps & CI/CD
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Use GitHub Actions for frontend deployment (required).
  • Work with cloud-native tools (experience with is a plus).
  • Collaborate on infrastructure and deployment best practices.
Code Quality & Best Practices
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Apply secure coding standards and follow Git-based workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 4–5+ years of full-time professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python for backend development.
  • Proven experience with API design and integration (REST, gRPC).
  • Solid experience working with IoT devices or relevant APIs.
  • Strong working knowledge of React and modern frontend ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions.
  • Expertise in PostgreSQL and relational database best practices.
  • Commitment to code quality, security, and testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Familiarity or hands-on exploration with AI/LLMs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda).
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization concepts.
  • Understanding of microservices and distributed system architecture.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with international teams (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
