Pintarnya is a fast-growing technology and financial services group in Indonesia. As part of our compliance and operational strengthening efforts, we are undergoing an IT audit and upgrading our internal IT controls across systems, infrastructure, and processes.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
IT Audit Specialist
to guide us through our upcoming IT audit and conduct an in-depth review of our IT controls. You will identify gaps, assess risks, propose improvements, and help prepare our teams for both internal and external audit requirements.

This is a hands-on advisory role suitable for someone who has led IT audits for tech companies, fintechs, financial institutions, or regulated entities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the full IT audit process (planning, evidence collection, documentation, walkthroughs, testing support).
  • Review and assess existing IT general controls (ITGCs), including: Access management, Change management, Data backup & recovery, Incident management, Vendor management, Security policies & SOPs, Infrastructure & network controls
  • Evaluate application-level controls across our key systems (Pintarnya, Pandai Gadai, internal ops tools, etc.).
  • Identify weaknesses, gaps, and compliance risks in current systems and processes.
  • Provide a prioritized remediation plan with actionable recommendations.
  • Create or update policies, procedures, control documentation, and evidence templates as required.
  • Coach internal teams to ensure readiness for upcoming audits.
  • Work with Engineering and Operations teams to close findings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in
    IT audit
    , IT risk, internal audit, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of ITGCs and frameworks
  • Prior experience working with SaaS platforms, fintech, financial institutions, or high-growth tech companies.
  • Ability to assess risks clearly and propose practical, business-appropriate control improvements.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end outputs within deadlines.
