Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a TikTok Operation Specialist. The role involves managing TikTok account operations, strategizing and executing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and creating engaging content to increase audience engagement. The applicant will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, support marketing efforts, and achieve growth objectives on the platform.

Job Description

  1. Develop TikTok content strategies that accelerate audience growth & brand awareness
  2. Produce daily TikTok content: filming, editing, storytelling, trending formats, voiceovers, hooks
  3. Participate directly in content creation as talent when needed (featuring hands, voice, POV)
  4. Research and react fast to TikTok trends to keep our content relevant and competitive
  5. Optimize videos using data (retention rate, CTR, engagement rate, ROAS for ads)
  6. Prepare performance reports with insights and action plans for improvement
  7. Manage TikTok Shop (optional: listing, affiliate collaboration, livestream coordination is a plus)
