Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager for a full-time on-site position located at our West Jakarta office. The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition processes, implementing effective human resource policies, managing employee training and development programs, and monitoring workforce performance to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires collaboration with various departments to support organizational success and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Search
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, Policy Development, and Compliance Management
  • Ability to conduct effective Training Programs, Team Building sessions, and Leadership Development initiatives
  • Experience in Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, and Change Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management
