Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff HSE located in Bogor. The Staff HSE will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. The role also involves developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and training programs. The Staff HSE will maintain records and report on incidents, near misses, and safety metrics. The Staff HSE will receive a placement schedule at project sites across all regions of Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles and Health & Safety regulations
  • Environmental Awareness and Occupational Health expertise
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions and creating educational materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the environmental or industrial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or related field
