Since 2019, the organisation has planted over 360,000 corals, restoring more than 7,300 square meters of reef and creating thriving habitats to protect marine life. At the heart of Livingseas is the mission to provide meaningful experiences, from exceptional dive programs to active participation in Bali's largest reef restoration site. Through the Livingseas Foundation, the organisation also drives initiatives in reef restoration, coastal waste management, and marine conservation education. Collaborating with individuals, businesses, and schools, Livingseas Asia enables communities to contribute to sustainable ocean preservation efforts.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Padangbai, Bali, for an Underwater Content Creator. The individual will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that captures marine biodiversity and conservation efforts. Tasks include underwater photography and videography, editing content, storytelling to engage a global audience, and collaborating with the team to highlight the organisation's mission and ongoing projects. The role also involves engaging with divers, snorkelers, volunteers, and partner organisations to document and promote activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in underwater photography, videography, and proficiency in editing tools.
  • Storytelling, writing, and social media content creation skills for engaging various audiences.
  • Knowledge or interest in marine conservation and familiarity with ocean ecosystems and dive practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teams and partner stakeholders.
  • Professional diving certification and experience are highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage social media platforms and coordinate marketing strategies.
  • Passion for ocean conservation and sustainability initiatives.
