About the role

We are looking for an experienced Colourist to join our talented team at Letti Hair Lab' in Canggu Badung, Bali. As a Colourist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair colour services to our clients, ensuring they leave our salon with vibrant, beautiful hair. This is a full-time position within our dynamic and creative hair salon.

What you'll be doing

  1. Consulting with clients to understand their desired hair colour and style
  2. Expertly applying a range of professional hair colour treatments, including foils, balayage, and ombre
  3. Mixing colour formulas to achieve the perfect shade for each client
  4. Providing hair treatments and aftercare advice to maintain colour vibrancy
  5. Keeping up to date with the latest hair colour trends and techniques
  6. Maintaining a clean and organised work station
  7. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional Hair Colourist
  2. Advanced technical skills in a range of hair colouring techniques
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised consultations
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  5. Passion for the latest hair colour trends and a desire to continually learn and develop your skills
  6. Creative flair and an eye for colour
  7. Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a team
