Academic responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the level and meet the diverse needs of learners;
- Plan and prepare lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with EF EFEKTA English for Adults curriculum, as well as supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and learners needs;
- Monitor student learning by providing beneficial constructive feedback
Person specifications:
- Be creative and innovative to maintain classroom environment conducive to optimal learning;
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as teamwork to foster good working relationships with learners, teachers, and other functions;
- Open-minded, adaptable to and passionate about dynamic circumstances and continued professional growth;
- Be flexible with working and teaching hours – although we prefer candidates that can work in the evening and weekend.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Education or English, and/or
- A recognized teaching certification (local institution's qualifications and/or international ones are welcome)
- Possessed teaching experience(s) in an English language school
