Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Kebayoran. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, providing top-notch customer service, and effectively communicating with clients about investment products. Additional responsibilities include promoting and selling financial products, assisting clients with their investment needs, and contributing to the growth of the firm's client base.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service to build trust and maintain strong client connections
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Finance and Sales to effectively understand investment products and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent Communication skills to convey complex financial concepts and provide clear information to clients
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry or asset management is an asset
  • Ability to work in an office-based environment and collaborate professionally with a diverse team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
