Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Staff HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) professional. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring the company's health, safety, and environmental policies, complying with regulations, and conducting risk assessments at the workplace. The role also involves organizing safety training for employees, inspecting facilities and procedures to ensure compliance, and preparing reports on safety performance. Collaborating with various departments to enhance workplace safety standards is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Health & Safety, and Occupational Health practices
  • Strong understanding of Environmental Awareness and management
  • Experience in planning and delivering effective employee Training on safety and health policies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other safety compliance standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team-focused environment
