Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of staff. This involves providing direction, setting goals, and ensuring their performance meets expectations.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds.

- Develop and implement a long-term strategy for the estate, considering factors like sustainability, security, and future needs.

- Prepare and manage estate budgets (P&L, OPEX and CAPEX).

-Monitor costs and ensure efficiency in resource utilization. Including approve operational expenditures according to company authority levels.

- Generating revenue streams. This could involve renting out unused space, optimizing utility usage, or identifying cost-saving measures.

Job Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Property Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, and/or other focuses on Real Estates).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in property fields or facilities management (Mall & Township are a must).

- Experienced in managing team and overseeing budgets.

- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and manage conflict effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex estate management issues.

- Project management skills to plan, organize, and execute maintenance and renovation projects.
