Job Purpose

Manage and control stock, warehouse, and delivery activities to ensure accurate inventory, secure storage, efficient distribution, and timely delivery in support of company selling and purchasing activities.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and monitor inbound and outbound movement of goods to ensure accuracy, prevent loss, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in accordance with Purchase Orders and established procedures.
  • Supervise receiving activities from suppliers to ensure goods are received on time, in good condition, and at the most economical cost.
  • Manage warehouse operations to ensure security, proper storage, and protection of company assets and inventory value.
  • Oversee safety arrangements for goods delivered to customers and coordinate with insurance providers in case of damage or loss during delivery.
  • Assess and recommend transportation and logistics vendors to achieve efficient, reliable, and cost-effective delivery services within budget guidelines.
  • Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports, including monthly aging inventory and classification of fast-moving and slow-moving items.
  • Monitor stock opname activities to ensure accurate inventory counting and compliance with procedures.
  • Manage asset and inventory levels to minimize obsolete, excess, or slow-moving stock.
  • Control daily operational costs of the Stock & Delivery function in line with budgetary requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve stock, warehouse, and delivery policies and procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Lead and manage the Stock & Delivery team, including manpower planning, performance management, employee development, and morale.
  • Ensure implementation of safety, health, and security programs within warehouse and delivery operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in stock control, warehouse, or delivery/logistics roles, preferably in a supervisory or section head position.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control systems.
  • Proficient in computer usage, especially Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting).
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and able to work under operational pressure.
  • Willing to be located in Tangerang (on site).
