We are looking for a Marcomm & Visual Merchandising (VM) professional who is creative, communicative, and has a strong visual sense to support marketing strategies and product presentation in our showroom.

This position is responsible for developing attractive visual concepts that align with the company's brand identity and contribute to achieving marketing objectives, particularly in the building material industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement visual merchandising concepts in the showroom or product display areas.
  • Create marketing communication materials (brochures, catalogs, social media content, banners, and other promotional media).
  • Develop promotional campaigns and brand activation concepts in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure the showroom visual presentation aligns with brand standards and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of visual displays in enhancing product appeal and sales performance.
  • Manage digital visual content to support the company's branding activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum S1 degree in Visual Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in showrooms or department stores.
  • Experience in the Building Material industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Adobe Family (Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design applications).
  • Strong understanding of visual design, branding, and marketing communication concepts.
  • Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
