Ready to charm guests with top-notch service? We're on the lookout to bring Purchasing & Stockkeeper into our team. You'll be working alongside an exceptional team to manage sourcing, inventory, and keep or operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Purchasing / Procurement

  1. Carry out search, selection and evaluation of vendors/suppliers according to operational needs.
  2. Submit and compare price offers to obtain the best quality and price.
  3. Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) based on requests (Purchase Request/PR) from related divisions.
  4. Ensure timely delivery and quality of goods/services received.
  5. Check and verify all purchase transactions, including proof of payment, invoices, and conformity with POs and other supporting documents.
  6. Reconcile and match purchase transaction data with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure report accuracy.
  7. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with cooperation agreements.
  8. Compile and update purchasing reports and vendor databases regularly.
  9. Coordinate with related divisions for a smooth procurement process.
  10. Store and archive all procurement documents and vendor data neatly and safely.
  11. Conduct regular stock opname and create stock reports.
  12. Ensure that all procurement processes run according to SOPs and company policies.

Stock Keeper

  1. Ensure the availability of stock in the warehouse to support smooth operations.
  2. Receive and follow up on goods request letters from related divisions.
  3. Removing goods from the warehouse according to approved requests.
  4. Receive goods from suppliers, then check and match the goods received with the Purchase Order and Delivery Order.
  5. Accurately record incoming and outgoing goods on stock cards.
  6. Maintain minimum stock availability for each type of inventory.
  7. Create a Purchase Request for items that reach the minimum stock limit for the next purchasing process.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Management, Accounting or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Stock Management in the F&B industry.
  3. Have good analytical skills and high accuracy in checking transactions and documents.
  4. Skilled in using Microsoft Office and POS/Inventory systems.
  5. Thorough, disciplined, and able to work with tight time targets.
  6. Have integrity, responsibility and high commitment to work.
  7. Understand purchasing administration flows and operational transaction control procedures.
