Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Onsite Engineer specializing in CCTV and Access Door systems. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IP CCTV and access control systems. In this role, the engineer will support retail loss prevention initiatives, ensure alarm systems are working efficiently, and implement safety protocols. The candidate will collaborate with teams to address specific security concerns and provide reliable technical support at the client's location.

Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualifications in a technical, engineering, or relevant field preferred
  • Proficiency in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IP CCTV systems
  • Hands-on experience with alarm systems and access control solutions
  • Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies and practices
  • Understanding of quantitative risk assessment and process safety measures
  • Ability to work effectively on-site with clients, offering professional and proactive service
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relevant certification or training in CCTV, Access Control, or IT-related fields is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skillsd
