Instruktur BAM

About the role

As an Instruktur BAM (Basic Aircraft Maintenance) at the Lion Air Group, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to aircraft maintenance personnel. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the company's fleet is properly maintained and airworthy, upholding the highest safety standards. The role is based in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver thorough and engaging training sessions on basic aircraft maintenance procedures and techniques
• Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest industry standards and best practices
• Assess the competency of trainees and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify training needs and address any knowledge gaps
• Maintain detailed records of all training activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with changes in aviation regulations and industry trends to enhance the training programme

What we're looking for

• Holding AMEL (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License)
• Experienced at least 5 years in Aircraft Maintenance
• Have relevant education background will be an advantage
• Certification in BIT (Basic Instructor Training) or ToT (Training of Trainers) will be an advantage
• Proficient in reading AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual), WDM (Wuiring Diagram Manual) and other technical document
• Prior experience in aviation training or a similar role is a plus
