Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaker) | 市场营销助理经理 located on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area (North Jakarta). The Assistant Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and support the creation of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities include supporting the Manager in Mandarin–Indonesian translation and interpretation, assisting with communication between internal teams, partners, and clients, and ensuring accurate and effective delivery of information
. The role also involves helping translate documents, marketing materials, and other business-related content, while supporting daily operational and coordination needs related to Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin with a minimum of HSK Level 4
  • Experience in marketing strategies, campaign management, and digital marketing
  • Strong skills in communication, client relationship management, and team collaboration
  • Analytical and research skills to assess market trends and measure campaign performance
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in e-Commerce industry or international business is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
