Qualifications for Tax Supervisor

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh Badan) and compliance requirements.
  • Experienced in preparing, reviewing, and submitting monthly and annual tax reports.
  • Proficient in using e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and DJP Online systems.
  • Skilled in tax planning, reconciliation, and identifying potential risks or efficiency improvements.
  • Experience coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Good leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/tax software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
  • English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
