About the role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin Sales to join our team at PT. TURBO DIESEL INTERNATIONAL in Batam, Riau Islands. This is a contract role that will involve providing administrative support to our sales department, ensuring efficient and effective client and customer service.

Responsibilities :

  1. Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and customers.
  2. Providing administrative support to Commercial team.
  3. Assist Development of ERP.
  4. Data Entry.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in business or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales Admin, Admin Support.
  3. Strong administrative skills & attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  6. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Location : Batam, Kepulauan Riau

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Contract : Months
