Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with PSAK/IFRS and company financial policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries, journal postings, and financial documentation.

2. Cost Control & Manufacturing Finance

  • Monitor production costs, overhead allocation, and Bill of Materials (BoM).
  • Ensure accurate inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Analyze cost variance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Work with Production, PPIC, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock movement.

3. Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Monitor budget vs actual performance and provide financial insights to management.
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.

4. Cashflow & Treasury Management

  • Manage cash flow planning, bank transactions, and loan facilities.
  • Oversee AR/AP processes, ensuring timely collection and payment cycles.
  • Evaluate payment terms with vendors and customers to optimize cash working capital.

5. Internal Controls & Risk Management

  • Maintain strong internal controls to reduce errors, fraud, and financial risks.
  • Review and approve financial transactions, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with tax regulations.

6. Taxation

  • Manage monthly and annual tax reporting (PPN, PPh, and other relevant taxes).
  • Coordinate with tax consultants for tax planning and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and minimize tax risks.

7. Team Leadership

  • Supervise the accounting and finance team, including AP, AR, GL, cost accounting, and treasury staff.
  • Provide coaching and training to improve team competency.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and timely financial processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing or textile industry.
  • Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, taxation, and cost accounting.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, etc.).
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and strong analytical mindset.
