Currently, we are looking for a
General Admin specialising in Construction Estimating
to support day-to-day administrative tasks while assisting with cost estimation and project preparation in the construction industry.
What You Will Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for construction projects
- Coordinate and manage meetings, schedules, and client communications
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records accurately
- Address administrative queries related to projects and operations
- Contribute to team and organisational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Support process improvements and follow construction industry best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction admin, construction estimator, or related role
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and cost calculations
- Experience assisting with project costing, budgeting, or take-offs is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders
- Able to communicate actively in English
- Experience assisting in construction cost estimation, including preparing and reviewing cost breakdowns, BOQs, and job estimates, is a plus
- Familiarity with the Australian construction industry is a plus
- Willingness to work according to Australian business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Jakarta time, including a 1-hour break)
