Currently, we are looking for a 
General Admin specialising in Construction Estimating
to support day-to-day administrative tasks while assisting with cost estimation and project preparation in the construction industry.

What You Will Do:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for construction projects
• Coordinate and manage meetings, schedules, and client communications
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records accurately
• Address administrative queries related to projects and operations
• Contribute to team and organisational improvements in process and infrastructure
• Support process improvements and follow construction industry best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction admin, construction estimator, or related role
• Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and cost calculations
• Experience assisting with project costing, budgeting, or take-offs is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders
• Able to communicate actively in English
• Experience assisting in construction cost estimation, including preparing and reviewing cost breakdowns, BOQs, and job estimates, is a plus
• Familiarity with the Australian construction industry is a plus
• Willingness to work according to Australian business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Jakarta time, including a 1-hour break)
