Sales & Client Growth
  • Actively generate new clients through creative sales initiatives (e.g. mall activations, banners, collaborations with padel courts, gyms, studios, communities, and other lifestyle venues in Bali)
  • Propose and execute new ideas to increase client acquisition and revenue
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external venues and communities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition KPIs
  • Earn commission / revenue share based on clients and revenue you bring in
Client Engagement (In-Clinic)
  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and basic client record management
  • Educate clients on Clinieva's treatments, services, and ongoing promotions
Brand & Team Contribution
  • Represent Clinieva professionally both inside and outside the clinic
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the clinic's services, treatments, and products
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performance team environment
  • Ensure the clinic's standards of presentation and professionalism are upheld

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
  • Strong initiative and creativity — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable approaching new partners, venues, and potential clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target- and revenue-oriented mindset
  • Professional, confident, and presentable personality
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple initiatives at the same time
