About the role

We're a fast growing female-tech company seeking a Corporate Finance & Investor Relations specialist. In this full-time role based in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and managing investor relations for the company. This is a crucial position that will have a direct impact on the financial performance and growth of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing expert financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support corporate decision-making
  2. Preparing financial models, forecasts, and reports to track business performance
  3. Managing investor relations activities, including maintaining relationships with existing investors and attracting new investment
  4. Coordinating the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  6. Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the finance team

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, or a similar role
  2. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
  3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders
  4. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices in investor relations
  5. Experience in the banking and financial services industry is highly desirable
  6. A proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
