About the role

We are seeking an experienced Officer Sales Support to join our dynamic team at Asia Pulp and Paper in Cibatu Purwakarta, West Java. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives and ensuring seamless client interactions.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, order processing, and order tracking
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales-related documents, such as invoices, contracts, and reports
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maintain accurate customer records and data
  • Handling sales-related correspondence and communication with clients
  • Providing support for sales presentations and other client-facing activities
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales support processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum S1 / D4 ( Major in Communication or Marketing Related ), with minimum 1 Years experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the Client & Sales Administration industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP System
  • Willing Work base on Target , had passion to achieve target
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Willing to be Placed in Kabupaten Purwakarta , Cibatu
