Mendorong pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Mencapai target Penjualan di semua Channel, termasuk General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT) serta channel lain seperti : Horeca, on-premise, semi wholesale dan Wholesale dll.
Mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi penjualan yang spesifik untuk masing-masing area guna meningkatkan penetrasi produk, pangsa pasar dan visibilitas brand di seluruh trade channel.
Memimpin dan mengelola tim penjualan/sales untuk memastikan kinerja tinggi dan motivasi terjaga
Mengelola Operasional Distributor, memastikan ketersediaan dan visibilitas stok toko atau outlet, cakupan distribusi yang effective, pengiriman yang tepat waktu, serta kepatuhan terhadap standar dan kebijakan Perusahaan.
Mambangun dan menjaga hubungan yang kuat dengan distributor, key customers, akun modern trade, retailer, GT dan semua type outlet untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis.
Memantau dinamika Pasar serta memberikan insight dan rencana aksi proaktif guna menjaga target tetap tercapai.
Memantau, menganalisa, Target Penjualan, Pencapaian target Penjualan, Profitabilitas per Channel Outlet, serta data sell in dan sell out untuk mendukung pengambilan Keputusan dan penyesuaian strategi agar tujuan target tercapai.
Menganalisa dan evaluai atas Bad Stock per brand/principal, kewajaran BS, Klaim BS agar terjaga dan tepat waktu dalam pengajuannya sehingga tidak menimbulkan kerugian Perusahaan.
Menguasai wilayah Jawa Timur dan Jawa Tengah
Memastikan pengelolaan trade spend yang tepat serta kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan diskon, kredit (TOP) dan ketentuan lainnya diseluruh channel.
KUALIFIKASI:
Pendidikan minimal S1 (Business, Marketing Management atau bidang terkait)
Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Regional Sales Manager di Industri FMCG dan lebih diutamakan jika memiliki pengalaman di GT dan MT ( all Type Outlet)
Mempunyai pengalaman dan terbukti mampu mengelola distributor, Tim Sales lapangan dan memiliki hubungan baik dengan Key Account, Outlet GT
Memiliki kemampuan LEADERSHIP dan team Management yang kuat, serta mampu melakukan Coaching, motivasi dan mendorong kinerja tim
Kemampuan Analisa dan pemecahan masalah yang baik untuk menginterprestasikan DATA PENJUALAN dan mengembangkan rencana yang ACTIONABLE (NYATA dan dapat dicapai)
Mempunyai Pemahaman yang baik mengenaik dinamika Channel, TREN PASAR, dan perilaku konsumen diberbagai format RETAIL, Wholesale dll.
Keterampilan Negosiasi, dan komunikasi yang kuat, serta kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi stakeholder internal maupun eksternal.
BERSEDIA melakukan Perjalanan Dinas secara rutin sesuai dengan Area yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya secara keseluruhan (turun kelapangan sampai dengan Pasar dan Outlet)
