Role Overview

The
Travel Consultant
is responsible for converting online travel demand into high-value luxury bookings for our boutique resort villas, Khastana Hadi Tegallalang Ubud.

This role combines
OTA management, guest consultation, concierge-level personalization, and event-based selling
to deliver a seamless luxury booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize listings on Agoda, , , Expedia, and other OTAs
  • Handle guest inquiries via OTA chat, email, WhatsApp, and website
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through personalized offers and upselling
  • Create customized stay proposals for honeymooners, VIPs, families, and special events
  • Support group and retreat bookings
  • Process reservations, modifications, cancellations, and payments accurately
  • Drive revenue, occupancy, and direct bookings

Required Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

  • Travel Consultant / Travel Agent / Reservations
  • OTA & E-Commerce platforms (Agoda, , , etc.)
  • Concierge or luxury guest handling
  • Event or special occasion coordination (weddings, retreats, VIP stays)
