About this role

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing professional to join our marketing team at Atelli Furniture Interior, located in South Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation for our furniture and interior design products and services.

Job Description:

  • Designing marketing campaign strategies and plans through various digital channels to promote products or services.
  • Creating engaging, high-quality content to share on social media and other digital platforms to reach the target audience.
  • Optimizing content and websites for search engine discovery and increased rankings and traffic.
  • Building, maintaining, and enhancing customer engagement through content management and distribution on social media.
  • Analyzing campaign data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for greater effectiveness.
  • Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on search engines (PPC) and social media.
  • Designing and executing effective email campaigns to reach and engage with the audience.
  • Determining the right target audience for each campaign to ensure targeted marketing.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the company's digital marketing and branding.
  • Analyzing competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.

Qualification:

Skills And Certifications Technical Skills :

  • Data Analysis : Understanding how to collect and analyze data using tools like Google Analytics to make informed marketing decisions is crucial
  • Seo and SEM : Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) is Essential for increasing online visibility
  • Content Creation : The Ability to write, edit and tell stories visually is a core component of digital marketing
  • Social Media Marketing : Proficiency in using various social media platforms for marketing purposes is vital

Soft Skills :

  • Communication : effective written and verbal communication is important for crafting compelling marketing messages and collaborating with teams
  • Creativity and Innovation : The ability to think creativity and develop innovative campaigns is valuable asset
  • Adaptability and time management : The digital landscape changes rapidly. So being adaptable and managing time effectively are keys to success

Certifications :

  • Completing recognized digital marketing courses and certifications such as those offered by the Chartered institute of marketing (CIM) can demonstrate expertise and enhance career prospects.

Prior Marketing Experience

  • While not always a strict requirement, prior experience in marketing, sales or a related field can be a significant advantage

Hand -On Learning :

  • For many, gaining experience through practical projects. Internships, or by applying learnings to their own business is a common pathway into the field.

Formal Education

  • Many entry -level and basic certification courses in digital marketing only require a high school diploma or from a recognized board
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields provides a foundational understanding of marketing concepts and strategies
  • For more advances or specialized roles, postgraduate degrees or master's level qualifications in digital marketing or digital communications can be beneficial
