Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Instrument Foreman to join our team. As a leader in Talent Acquisition Consulting for the Oil & Energy sector, we specialize in fostering connections between skilled professionals and top companies in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all instrumentation tasks on-site, ensuring that all activities are performed according to safety protocols and project specifications.
The Instrument Foreman will supervise a team of instrumentation technicians while coordinating with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless operations. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining safety standards, meeting deadlines, and achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
- Supervise the daily activities of instrumentation technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality regulations.
- Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to align work schedules with project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure all instrumentation work meets required specifications.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members; fostering professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Document work progress and generate reports for project management review.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in instrumentation is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in instrumentation, with a minimum of 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of instrumentation systems including installation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to instrumentation work.
- Filed experience related water metering, water pipe fitting , electromagnet water flow meters , flow measurement maintenance , calibration of water meters etc
- Experience with field operations related to water metering and associated maintenance tasks.
