One of LX International subsidiaries in Nickel Mining industry, PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama is hiring for Internal Auditor Senior Staff, with details as follow:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct operational, compliance, and financial audits across company operations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Prepare audit working papers, reports, and follow-up reviews in line with approved audit programs.
  • Perform data analysis and testing procedures to identify irregularities or process inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of audit recommendations.
  • Conduct Investigation Audit if Required

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (S1/S2) in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit/External Audit preferably within the mining, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit standards, governance, risk management, and control frameworks (COSO)
  • Proficiency in data analytics and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English (Korean proficiency is an advantage).
  • High integrity, analytical thinking, and professional scepticism.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to the company's mining site for fieldwork (North Konawe, Sulawesi)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in nickel mining operations or in auditing heavy equipment/logistics.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, or data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Professional audit certification(s).
  • Familiarity with ESDM/Energy sector regulations.
  • Prior experience presenting audit results to management or the audit committee.
  • Understanding of OJK and IDX regulations applicable to public companies.
