About the Role

Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for an organized and proactive Host Management Specialist to oversee our livestream host team on TikTok and Shopee.

This role involves recruiting, training, scheduling, and tracking the performance of hosts to ensure engaging, professional, and effective livestream sessions.


Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard potential livestream hosts.
  • Manage host schedules, attendance, and daily performance tracking.
  • Analyze livestream data (views, engagement rate, conversion rate) to improve outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback and regular coaching sessions.
  • Train hosts on camera presence, communication style, product knowledge, and platform etiquette (Shopee Live & TikTok Shop).
  • Coordinate with content and marketing teams for product promotion and campaign schedules.
  • Monitor live sessions to ensure professionalism and brand consistency.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in host or influencer management.
  • Skilled in scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of livestream analytics and performance metrics.
  • Ability to train and mentor hosts effectively.
  • Familiar with Shopee Live and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in livestream operations, talent management, or related field.
