About the role

As a Host Live at PT.Metal Furniture Trading, you will be responsible for presenting and hosting live streams on the company's social media channels. This is a full-time position based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. You will play a key role in engaging the audience, promoting the company's products and services, and driving brand awareness.

What you'll be doing

  • Hosting live streams on various social media platforms to showcase the company's products and engage with customers
  • Developing engaging and informative content for live streams, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and interactive segments
  • Monitoring and responding to audience comments and questions during live streams to provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align live stream content with the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives
  • Analyzing live stream performance metrics and providing recommendations for improving engagement and viewership
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and social media marketing

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, live streaming technologies, and content creation best practices
  • Experience in hosting or presenting live events or webinars, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce setting
  • Creativity and the ability to think on your feet to handle unexpected situations during live streams
  • Good analytical skills to monitor and interpret live stream performance data
  • Familiarity with the furniture industry and e-commerce landscape would be an advantage
