Role Description

  • Identify and approach potential B2B partners such as MT/GT outlets, salons, and resellers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and partner feedback to optimize sell-through.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales admin, supply chain, marketing) to support partner needs.
  • Conduct regular visits and market checks to strengthen presence and gather insights.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in offline B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or retail.
  • Confident in dealing with various types of partners — from retail chains to small businesses.
  • Willing to travel regularly for partner visits and sales outreach.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and growing distribution.
