Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records, including journals and ledgers
  • Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
  • Assist in audits and respond to auditor inquiries
  • Support ad-hoc tasks related to accounting
  • Provide support to the Accounting Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably from a well-known / reputable university
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new systems or processes
