Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree/Technical background (S1/D4/D3)
  • Able to speak and written in English. Can Speak Mandarin be advantage
  • Min. 2 years in manufacturing with experience in PCBA, Machining, stamping or molding
  • Expertise in quality management systems (QMS), covering IQC, IPQC, and OQC
  • Experience in Supplier Quality Engineer role, communicating with overseas and local suppliers
  • Proficiency in key quality tools (e.g. 8D, control plans,5Whys,7QC tools)
  • Capable of performing process quality audits.
  • Able to read engineering drawings and possesses basic knowledge of electronic components.
  • Effectively under pressure, consistency meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Job Description:

  • Non-Conformances Management: Lead the resolution of Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) by working with suppliers to secure immediate containment, complete root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
  • Disposition & Inventory Control: Ensure timely processing of supplier reject notes (SRNs) and manage the disposition of rejected materials to clear the aging inventory.
  • Quality assurance & Audits: Conduct scheduled supplier quality audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute comprehensive supplier quality performance reports for internal and external review.

Special skills:

  • Good problem-solving solving technique, analytical skill & basic statistic
  • Good knowledge in PFMEA, Control Plan, FAI&PPAP
  • Awareness (minimum), training (preferred) and/certification on QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14001)
  • Able to operate Microsoft outlook, work, excel, & PowerPoint
