We need you to:

Assist the Sales Manager in handling various documents (contracts, agreements, proposals, quotations), scheduling and conducting client meetings, following up on customer inquiries, promoting products, and maintaining strong customer communication.

Collect, organize, and analyze market information from both domestic and international competitors to support the expansion of the Southeast Asian market.

Possess knowledge of international trade logistics and support the project team in procurement and logistics tasks for transnational projects.

Act as a communication bridge, coordinating with domestic and international teams, suppliers, and partners, especially with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

We hope you have:

Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in transnational business, preferably in international trade, business support, or cross-border e-commerce.

Willingness to join the Southeast Asian market and undertake short-term business trips within the region.

Strong learning ability and adaptability to different work rhythms and cultural environments of transnational teams.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, and multitasking ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English.
