About us

L.K. Group was founded in 1979, focusing on three major industries: die-casting machines, injection molding machines and CNC machining centers. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 (stock code: 00558 HK). To further expand our business, we are looking for experienced and capable Sales Engineers to join our Indonesian team.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Business or equivalent, a results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Proven experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or service role within injection molding machines, injection molds, auxiliary equipment for injection molding machines.
  3. Strong technical understanding of injection processes, and with automotive/vehicle parts, 3C electronic products, plastic manufacturing customer resources will be an advantage..
  4. Strong understanding of the Indonesian plastic manufacturing market dynamics and sales landscape, with great analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  5. Required skills includes communication skills, presentation, sales, project management, negotiation, foster teamwork, prioritize options and good administrative skills.
  6. With solid driving license and available for business trips.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To achieve sales target set by the company.
  2. To generate and submits accurate pipeline, quotation, forecast on sales & payment collection on a regular basis.
  3. To liaise with the customers on the secured projects to implement and carry out the scope of delivery as stated in the purchase order/sales contract and generate billing/invoice accordingly.
  4. To build and maintain strong relationships with all customers by maintaining regular calls and visits. Make formal presentations to customers and the industries as required.
  5. To maintain the existing customers base and develop new customers base from time to time in order to have a continuous business expansion.
  6. To maintain constant field intelligence, feeds back pertinent information concerning competitors' activities, products, prices, promotional programs etc.
  7. To liaise with the Sales & Marketing Support and Finance Department pertaining to the workflow system, timely collection of payments from customers, credit issues and maintaining good customer credit profile.
  8. To ensure accurate and timely response to all customers at all time.
