About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH), a leading Information & Communication Technology company. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and analysis to support our manufacturing industry clients. The role offers opportunities to work remotely or on-site in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for our manufacturing industry clients
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  4. Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of data
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
  6. Provide recommendations and strategies to improve business performance and decision-making

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  4. Familiarity with data mining techniques, statistical analysis, and data modelling
  5. Good understanding of manufacturing industry processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  6. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
