As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support CRM operations and content execution across Web, App, and TikTok channels. This role focuses on campaign execution, automation support, customer engagement flows, and light TikTok content assistance.

You will work closely with the Web E-Commerce Manager and Digital Marketing team to help execute marketing initiatives for Natural Farm in 2026.

Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing and executing email blasts, WhatsApp broadcasts, and push notifications, including writing short-form copy (subject lines, preheaders, captions, and CTAs) based on provided templates and brand guidelines.
  • Handle campaign setup, uploading, scheduling, and basic performance checks (open rate, click rate, delivery status).
  • Support Chatbot AI operations, including content updates (FAQ, product info), simple testing, tagging conversations, and reporting recurring user questions.
  • Help collect and organize customer insights, such as post-purchase survey responses, chatbot feedback, and basic campaign learnings.
  • Support the creation of TikTok content (UGC-style videos, simple editing, trend-based content).
  • Provide general support to the digital marketing team in day-to-day execution tasks.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate (Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred).
  • Familiar with basic digital marketing concepts (email, social media, content).
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
  • Willing to learn CRM tools (Mailchimp, WhatsApp platform, push notification tools).
  • Familiar with social media, especially TikTok.
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions well.
  • No advanced technical skills required (training provided).
