Now, we're looking for a Data Preparation Specialist to join our team in Pekanbaru.

Job Descriptions

  • Collect and prepare client data (Excel/Spreadsheet) for migration into systems

  • Clean, validate, and structure client data for database import

  • Insert and manage data using SQL queries and scripts

  • Ensure correct relationships between tables and maintain database integrity

  • Collaborate closely with the implementation and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

  • Provide regular updates on client data needs and issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields

  • Proficient in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts

  • Skilled in handling data from Excel/Spreadsheet (cleaning, formatting, validation)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fast learner and adaptable in a dynamic environment

  • Good communication skills and comfortable working directly with clients

  • Team player, yet capable of working independently with minimal supervision
