About The Role

As a
Course Enrollment Consultant
, you will help prospective learners choose the right training programs while driving course enrollment conversions. This position sits under the Sales Division and is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and achieving targets in a fast-paced course/training environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative explanations to prospects about available courses, training programs, and learning outcomes
  • Conduct follow-ups through WhatsApp, phone calls, video calls, and email to maximize engagement
  • Deliver online presentations to improve course enrollment conversion
  • Manage and update lead and student data accurately in the system
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports based on division standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree from any field
  • Confident in communication and persuasive in selling courses
  • Comfortable working in a sales-target environment
  • Familiar using digital tools and platforms for daily tasks
  • Willing to be placed in
    Malang for the first 3 months
    , with possible relocation to Jakarta
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for sales in the course/training industry are welcome to apply
